By making a tax deductible donation to ALS of Utica, you are helping the patients and families battling this devastating disease right here in our local area. ALS of Utica is approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
In order to maximize the impact of every dollar, overhead costs are at an absolute minimum. All of the board and committee members are volunteers and receive no money for their time and dedication. ALS of Utica is run out of the office of Advanced Tool & Cutter Grinding in Marcy, NY. There is no rent, utility or even phone bills that the organization has to absorb.

Durable Medical Equipment:
ALS of Utica helps support the Traid Center at UCP to provide a Medical Equipment Loan Closet for the patients in our area. This medical equipment is a crucial part in maintaining mobility and independence for ALS patients. Insurance does not always cover all these necessities. Any gift of durable medical equipment (wheel chair, walker, lifts, etc) is greatly appreciated.
